Conditions of Use
Shopping Cart
All the items that you have in your shopping cart appear in your order during Checkout. If you do not want to order all the items, simply edit your shopping cart first and click "Update". When you click "Submit Order" we verify your credit card. Your order will not be placed and your credit card will not be charged if you do not click "Order Now."

Methods of payment
We accept checks and money orders in US currency only but these orders will be classes as pending until we receive check or money order funds into our account. Lida Weight Loss Online Shop accepts the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discovery, Amex etc. If we are unable to process your credit card, please check to ensure you entered the correct card number and expiration date, and that the billing name and address you entered match your credit card statement exactly. Please refer to your credit card company if the problem persists.

Tax policy
We are required to collect California state sales tax 9.75% (as of July 01, 2009) on service items sold to customers in California USA.

Returns and Exchanges
If you are not 100 % satisfied with our products, you may return unused items in the unopened original box for a refund or exchange within 14 days from the date of purchase. Please include a copy of the receipt along with the unused product in the unopened original box. We will issue a credit to the original credit card for the cost of the item and the sales tax, if applicable. Please allow 7 to 10 business days for the credit to appear on your credit card statement. Shipping charges are not refundable, and shipping will be charged for the new item(s) sent. Please be aware that if you return products the actual outbound shipping costs will be deducted from your return refund. Please, include a copy of the original sales receipt with your return - without that information we cannot process your return or exchange.

Refunds are not available for wholesale purchases.

Undeliverable Packages
All packages returned to us are issued a full refund, less the shipping costs. We can not re-ship orders that returned to us as undeliverable. Customers are welcome to re-order the products again.

Cancellations
Cancellations must be made before the order ships. If the product has not shipped, a refund will be issued by the same method of payment the order was originally charged. If a cancellation is placed after the order shipped, it is up to the customer to refuse the package or send the package back. Once the package is returned, a full refund will be issued, less shipping and handling charges. All refunds are processed within 5 business days. We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time.

Customers must call us or email customer service to get a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization Number) and this number must be displayed on the outside of the box. Packages sent to us without an RMA number will not be accepted and returned. We do not refund for the cost of shipping to our offices.

15% restocking fee will be made off your total refund to defray our costs for shipping and handling. Refunds are not available for wholesale purchases.

Returns will be processed and refunds issued within 5 business days. Refunds will be issued in the same manner as the original purchase payment method. If this payment method is not available for any reason, we will issue a company check as a payment method.

We strongly recommend returning packages to us through certified mail with a tracking number. If we did not receive the product back and the customer can not prove that the product is returned, we will not issue a refund. Proof of delivery can be the delivery confirmation number or signature as required by the USPS.

PLEASE NOTE: All skin care product sales are final. Wholesales are also final, and are not subject for return or exchange.

International Orders
1. If your order is to be shipped outside USA, the standard shipping charge for all international orders (destinations outside USA) is just $30.00 and the delivery time varies between 5 to 21 business days but is usually much closer to 5 days.

2. Do not order items that are illegal to import into your country. Laws vary from country to country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to see if your country permits the import of our products. Generally speaking, we have never encountered problems with customs when shipping to most countries worldwide.

3. If the package is seized by Customs for any reason and returned back to us, we will issue you a prompt refund, less the shipping costs. If it is not returned back to us, we can not issue you a refund. Most orders held by customs is for the purpose of charging import duties and Customs fees. We have had such troubles in less than 1% of our international shipments. If you are not sure, please contact the Customs Office in your country before ordering, as we are not responsible for such charges.

4. Prepayment is required. Payment must be by credit/debit cards or PayPal. Refunds are not available for wholesale purchases.

Express Mail (overnight) Shipping
Express Mail (overnight) orders placed after 12:00pm (noon) PST will be shipped the following business day.

Credit Card Safeguard
Lida Weight Loss uses a Secure Internet Payment Gateway to provide a secure environment for the authorization of credit card transactions over the Internet. Confidential information including client credit card details are encrypted the moment they are transmitted from the clients browser to the banking network using industry standard SSL 128-bit RC4 encryption technology. Client credit card details are not stored anywhere on the Internet and the only company who has access to this data is the merchants bank. The bank also sends confirmation information via the same encryption technology back to the clients browser. These secure processes provide clients with peace of mind when purchasing online.
